Customer Supply Chain Manager (CPG)

Location: New York, NY; in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday

Base salary: $91,600–$114,500 per year

What you will do

• Lead collaborative forecasting, replenishment, and integrated business planning for a key retail or digital channel.
• Own end-to-end distribution logistics, including fulfillment, delivery, order accuracy, inventory accuracy, and OTIF performance.
• Manage in-stocks, retailer forecasts, event execution, new and discontinued items, waste reduction, and store-level operations.
• Develop reporting, scorecards, KPI tracking, and chargeback analysis to improve operational performance.
• Manage third-party brokers and collaborate with Commercial, Demand Planning, Operations, Finance, retailers, and external supply chain partners.
• Identify operational gaps, create improvement roadmaps, and drive cross-functional projects and strategic changes.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in retail operations, supply chain management, retail sales, or customer supply chain.
• Knowledge of forecasting and replenishment, financial planning, store operations, inventory management, retailer order management, distribution, and logistics.
• Strong project management, organization, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to use data to prioritize decisions and communicate operational insights.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and AI tools.
