Finance and Accounting Manager (Robotics)

Location: Waltham office, United States. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Base pay: $130,000–$150,000 annually, with an annual bonus structure.

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day accounting operations, including the general ledger, journal entries, reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Supervise financial statement preparation, management reporting, regulatory reporting, and monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities.
• Maintain accounting policies, procedures, records, and internal controls in compliance with US GAAP.
• Identify and lead improvements to accounting processes, systems, tools, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and regulatory agencies.
• Coach, mentor, and manage the performance of accounting staff while partnering with finance and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including prior leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, revenue recognition, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience managing accounting operations and implementing process improvements.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced reporting tools, with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Eligibility to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
