Accounting Manager (Fintech)

Location: Los Angeles, CA — on-site

Salary: $120,000–$155,000 base plus bonus per year

hirify.global Services is a privately held US auto finance company specializing in the acquisition and servicing of prime-to-subprime automotive retail installment contracts across all 50 states.

What you will do

• Manage assigned areas of the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close process.
• Prepare and review year-end audit schedules and support compliance and financial audits.
• Prepare and review financial statement information for compliance with US GAAP.
• Research complex accounting transactions and prepare supporting US GAAP accounting memos.
• Help establish internal controls, improve accounting processes, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Train and motivate accounting staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 5–7 years of accounting experience.
• Working knowledge of GAAP and strong financial analysis skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and stress-management skills.
• Ability to manage and train staff and work independently with little to no supervision.
