Operations Manager (Parking Operations)

Location: Hapuna State Park, Waimea, Hawaii, United States. Workplace type: Onsite. The position is outdoors and requires comfort working outside.

Salary: $65,000–$70,000 per year, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Lead daily parking operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team.
• Analyze location profit and loss, manage budgets, optimize pricing, and control costs.
• Identify revenue-generation opportunities and execute direct marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate parking logistics for events and high-traffic periods.
• Manage client relationships, pursue business development opportunities, and expand revenue streams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• At least five years of leadership experience in the parking management industry.
• Experience with location profit and loss analysis, revenue generation, and direct marketing.
• Strong customer service, client relationship management, business development, and strategic thinking skills.
• Leadership and team-building abilities.
• Ability to work onsite outdoors at Hapuna State Park in Waimea, Hawaii.

• Event management experience.
