Operations Manager

Location: Santa Rosa, United States; daily travel throughout the assigned territory is required.

Salary: $70,000–$91,000 per year.

What you will do

• Manage the daily operations of pest control specialists and ensure superior customer service.
• Train, mentor, coach, and direct service professionals across operational and client-care activities.
• Manage revenue growth, expense control, and basic financial performance.
• Adjust appointments, coordinate field routing, conduct client quality audits, and manage accounts.
• Travel throughout the territory to visit clients, assist specialists, and partner with sales on business development.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual operational reports.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of management experience with an emphasis on customer service.
• Experience training, mentoring, and coaching service professionals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain licenses and certificates required by federal, state, and local regulations.
• Valid driver's license from the state of residence.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
