Talent Acquisition Sourcer

Location: Onsite at one of the Wisconsin offices in Milwaukee, Brownsville, Lomira, Neenah, or Green Bay

What you will do

• Identify and engage qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Use job boards, social media, networking, LinkedIn, and sourcing tools to find potential candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and screening.
• Maintain accurate candidate databases and talent pipelines.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or previous recruitment experience with an emphasis on sourcing.
• Strong LinkedIn experience is required.
• Strong research, interpersonal, written, verbal communication, relationship-building, and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines with strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
• Working knowledge of state and federal employment law, EEO, affirmative action, and diversity policies.
• Valid driver’s license for the vehicle types that may be driven and an acceptable driving record.
