Talent Acquisition Specialist

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through hiring.
• Source and hire qualified candidates for open positions.
• Obtain candidate approvals and conduct prescreening and interviews.
• Prepare employment offers and coordinate reference checks.
• Complete other pre-employment activities as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least four years of full-cycle recruitment experience, or a combination of both.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of management.
• Strong attention to detail, sense of urgency, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of state and federal employment law, EEO, affirmative action, and diversity policies.
• Valid driver’s license for the types of vehicles driven and an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work onsite from the Lomira, Wisconsin office.
