Talent Acquisition Partner

Location: Remote; the role includes up to 10% travel for hiring and networking activities.

Salary: $68,600–$94,300 annual base salary.

What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to create strategic hiring plans aligned with business priorities.
• Lead full-lifecycle recruitment for corporate roles, including proactive sourcing, pipeline development, candidate engagement, and recommendations.
• Advise business leaders on talent availability, market trends, selection strategy, interview design, and hiring decisions.
• Use Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, market intelligence platforms, and recruiting data to improve sourcing and conversion outcomes.
• Build talent communities and maintain relationships with active and passive candidates.
• Lead initiatives that improve recruiting efficiency, stakeholder experience, and hiring outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of corporate recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience serving as a consultative talent advisor to business leaders.
• Ability to manage relationships across Talent Acquisition, HR, Compensation, People & Culture Operations, and business teams.
• Ability to travel up to 10% for hiring and networking activities.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting for salaried corporate and manufacturing supply chain roles.
• Experience in CPG or food manufacturing environments.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with competency-based interviewing, structured selection, Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, employment regulations, and compliance.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills in a matrixed organization.
