What you will do
- Document job requirements and open requisitions with hiring managers.
- Select recruiting sources and manage advertising and posting activities.
- Source candidates, build professional networks, and maintain qualified talent pipelines.
- Screen resumes and document candidate evaluations and interviews.
- Coordinate background and reference checks.
- Support hiring managers with compensation packages and offers, and work with recruiting agencies and external service providers.
Requirements
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, including at least 1 year of in-house corporate recruiting.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and candidates simultaneously with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, LinkedIn, Google, and ATS mining.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
- BA/BS strongly preferred.
