Talent Acquisition Partner

Location: De Soto, Kansas, United States; onsite in a factory setting. Travel as needed, less than 25%.

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers on talent acquisition initiatives.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer and pre-onboarding.
• Conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, and support candidate selection.
• Plan and execute networking, recruiting, and hiring events.
• Build sourcing channels, professional networks, and talent pipeline strategies.
• Track staffing metrics, improve recruiting processes, and support DEI initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent relevant education and experience.
• At least 2 years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting across HR, IT, engineering, EHS, finance, technical, operational, corporate, or manufacturing functions.
• Experience sourcing candidates through web, social, and professional networking channels.
• Strong organization, communication, networking, influencing, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Valid authorization to work in the United States is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with iCIMS or other applicant tracking systems.
• Experience with CRM platforms.
