What you will do
- Own the end-to-end allocation process for a portfolio of stores.
- Analyse sales trends, stock levels, and trading requirements to optimise stock distribution.
- Ensure accurate and timely allocations aligned with distribution targets and trading plans.
- Collaborate with retail, buying, logistics, visual merchandising, planning, and distribution centre teams.
- Build strong store relationships by supporting stock needs and store operations.
- Prepare reporting and analysis while taking accountability for stock ownership within the channel.
Requirements
- Highly organised and analytical approach with strong attention to detail.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Understanding of retail operations, stock management, and the wider supply chain.
- Intermediate Excel skills and strong numerical and analytical abilities.
Nice to have
- Experience in retail or a strong understanding of store operations.
- Experience with retail systems such as Oracle or SAP.
