Supply Chain Administrator (6 Month FTC)

Location: The Engine Room, London; hybrid

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day administrative support across the supply chain function.
• Maintain accurate ERP data for items, orders and consignments.
• Process customer requests, including delivery or address changes and order cancellations or amendments.
• Update spreadsheets, trackers and supply chain records.
• Complete general administration and follow processes for orders, stock and supply chain operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an administrative role.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and organisational skills.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workload and maintain data in computer systems.
