What you will do

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Merchandising department.
• Forecast sales and stock levels to meet sales plans and profit targets.
• Monitor department performance to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
• Collaborate with Buying teams to successfully execute range planning.
• Manage the WSSI (Weekly Stock and Sales Intake) and support trade plans.
• Develop and mentor a Merchandising Assistant to support their professional growth.

Requirements

• Experience as an Assistant Merchandiser or within a fashion retail merchandising team.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of 20-something fashion culture.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office; experience with reporting tools is a plus.
• Experience managing weekly sales, stock, and intake.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for interaction across all business levels.
