What you will do
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Merchandising department.
- Forecast sales and stock levels to meet margin and profit targets.
- Collaborate with Buying teams to build effective range plans.
- Monitor department performance, identifying risks and commercial opportunities.
- Manage WSSI and support trade plans.
- Participate in trade meetings with senior leadership.
Requirements
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
- Solid experience as an Assistant Merchandiser or within a fashion retail merchandising team.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the 20-something fashion customer.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
