Stocktake Audit Supervisor

Location: Weighbridge Rd, Shirebrook, Mansfield, UK. Full-time, 40 hours per week, with working hours of 9:00–16:30 or 9:30–17:00.

What you will do

• Support the Audit Manager with daily workload planning and team delegation.
• Supervise audit work, check completion, and ensure delivery against expectations.
• Coach and train team members while identifying development needs.
• Analyse audit results and report trends across retail brand divisions to the Line Manager.
• Own assigned projects and investigate factors that may affect audit results.
• Work with area and regional managers, loss prevention, buying, warehouse, and retail teams to resolve stock-related issues.

Requirements

• Confident leadership skills with the ability to motivate and challenge others.
• Experience working across retail is required; stock knowledge is desirable.
• Strong communication, organisational, time-management, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Analytical, pragmatic, and systematic approach to investigations and problem solving.
• Confidence with data analytics and proficiency in Microsoft tools, especially Excel.
• Ability to work under pressure and use initiative while learning new systems quickly.
