Inventory Analyst (Supply Chain)

Location: Leeds, United Kingdom — hybrid, with 3 days per week in the office at LS15 8ZB

What you will do

• Route inbound containers to the appropriate distribution centres based on demand, stock availability, and warehouse capacity.
• Manage inventory positioning across B2B, B2C, and TTS channels to support product availability and sales plans.
• Monitor stock levels, weeks of supply, inbound deliveries, shortages, excess inventory, and rebalancing opportunities.
• Coordinate stock transfers between distribution centres, markets, and sales channels.
• Work with Logistics, Inbound, Sales, Supply Planning, and Order Management teams to identify risks and provide end-to-end inventory visibility.
• Produce KPI reporting, highlight bottlenecks, and recommend improvements to inventory processes, reporting, and automation.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data insights into actions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail, ownership, and follow-through.
• Clear communication and effective collaboration across teams and markets.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory, or planning is advantageous; ERP, planning, or business-intelligence systems experience is beneficial.
