Finance Leader

hirify.global develops Boxed.gg, a collectibles platform combining digital entertainment with tangible rewards for a global collector community.

What you will do

• Build and maintain financial models for growth, hiring, budgeting, cash flow, and what-if scenarios.
• Maintain investor-grade models, cap table materials, and reporting for board and diligence readiness.
• Own reconciliations across inventory, revenue, expenses, cash flow, COGS, and margins.
• Establish financial controls, audit-ready processes, and a centralized reporting standard.
• Manage the full month-end close and ensure GAAP-compliant, board-ready financial statements.
• Partner with the CEO, leadership, and department heads to explain financial tradeoffs and recommend actions.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of experience in accounting, finance, FP&A, or operational finance.
• Expert proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience with modern ERP or accounting software such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, or Sage.
• Strong accounting background with a CPA or equivalent professional accounting designation.
• Track record of managing inventory-heavy financial cycles and implementing finance systems or ERP tooling.
• Ability to work hands-on across accounting, operational finance, FP&A, and strategic planning in a scaling business.

Nice to have

• Experience in collectibles, e-commerce, virtual goods, or other physical-goods businesses.
• Experience supporting fundraising, board reporting, or investor diligence.
• Previous experience in a scaling startup.
