What you will do

• Lead long-range, annual, and quarterly financial planning cycles with executive leadership.
• Build and scale a high-performing Strategic Finance team that partners with senior leaders.
• Develop financial models for corporate strategy, scenario planning, and major investments.
• Improve forecasting, performance reporting, and budget management processes and systems.
• Define and analyze key business metrics to support strategic decisions and financial outcomes.
• Support M&A, capital markets, and investor relations activities.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, venture capital, or strategic finance at a high-growth technology company.
• At least 2+ years of leadership experience, including hiring, managing, and developing high-performing teams.
• Expert-level financial modeling skills and strong knowledge of GAAP financial statements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and executive communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence executives and investors through data-driven insights.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration preferred; MBA is a plus.
