Finance Lead (AI)

Location: Based in London or able to work from the London office on a 3-day hybrid model.

What you will do

• Lead scenario planning, cash flow forecasting, financial modeling, and runway management.
• Partner with marketing and growth teams to monitor and optimize large monthly advertising budgets using LTV/CAC, ROI, and payback analysis.
• Manage board data requests, investor reporting, and data rooms for future funding rounds.
• Own month-end close, budgeting, R&D tax credits, compliance, and audit-ready financial data.
• Implement AI and automation tools to reduce manual work and scale the finance function.

Requirements

• 4+ years of finance experience, preferably with a Big Four accountancy firm or an early-stage technology startup.
• Fully qualified accountant with ACA, ACCA, or CIMA credentials.
• Expert-level financial modeling skills in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Ability to build processes from the ground up and combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Experience reporting to, influencing, and challenging C-suite leadership with data-driven insights.
• Based in London or able to work from the London office under the 3-day hybrid model.
