Senior Program Manager, Quote-to-Cash Transformation & M&A Integration (B5) (SAP S/4HANA)

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States. Full-time role with approximately 10% travel; relocation eligible.

Salary: $141,000–$193,500 per year, with potential bonus and stock award compensation.

What you will do

• Lead Quote-to-Cash business workstreams within the global SAP S/4HANA transformation.
• Design, standardize, and implement processes covering customer master data, pricing, quoting, contracts, sales distribution, order management, billing, invoicing, and revenue alignment.
• Lead post-acquisition integration strategies across processes, controls, governance, master data, systems, reporting, and organizational practices.
• Manage roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks, budgets, resources, governance, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional work across Sales, Finance, IT, Operations, Supply Chain, HR, Legal, and other business functions.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, communications, training, adoption, and post-go-live stabilization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience leading business transformation, ERP deployment, or strategic program management initiatives.
• Experience managing enterprise-wide, cross-functional programs in a global environment.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, organizational change, and influence skills.
• Ability to solve complex business challenges, manage risks, and align competing priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Quote-to-Cash, Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, Order Management, or Finance processes.
• Post-merger or acquisition integration experience.
• Semiconductor, technology manufacturing, or complex global operations experience.
• PMP, PgMP, Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, Prosci, or equivalent certification.
