Transformation Manager

Salary: $105,100–$147,100 annually

What you will do

• Partner with workstream leaders and functional stakeholders to develop transformation portfolios and value delivery plans.
• Analyze business performance, identify root causes and performance gaps, and assess risks and opportunities.
• Facilitate ideation sessions and develop initiatives focused on growth, profitability, productivity, customer service, and operational performance.
• Build business cases that quantify financial and operational benefits and support investment decisions.
• Lead large transformation initiatives from opportunity identification through implementation and value realization.
• Monitor initiative performance, support governance, remove barriers, and drive stakeholder accountability for results.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations, supply chain, finance, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in transformation, strategy, consulting, operations, program management, or continuous improvement.
• Strong data-driven analytical skills and the ability to identify improvement opportunities.
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable business results.
• Experience in commercial, customer-facing, manufacturing, or operational environments.
• Critical skills include strategic thinking, gap analysis, financial acumen, influencing without authority, change management, and stakeholder management.
