What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end SAP S/4HANA rollout for an assigned cluster, including in-scope processes and localization requirements.
• Develop and maintain integrated cluster and local rollout plans aligned with the global roadmap, milestones, and quality gates.
• Coordinate central, business-area, and local rollout teams, including external partners, and lead the Cluster Rollout Team.
• Plan resources, monitor the project budget, and report financial status with the Business Cluster Manager.
• Track milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation actions while maintaining transparent status reporting.
• Run governance and status meetings, engage stakeholders and project ambassadors, and escalate critical matters to program management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience leading complex IT, ERP, SAP, or large-scale transformation programs in global, multi-site, matrix environments.
• Strong SAP background, ideally including SAP S/4HANA rollout, template deployment, localization, and integration.
• Experience with integrated planning, resource and budget management, governance, quality gates, risk management, and executive reporting.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage senior stakeholders, and translate technical topics into business impacts and decisions.
• Fluent English required. German or other languages relevant to the assigned cluster are an advantage; willingness to travel is required as needed by the rollout schedule.
