IM Transcend Global Delivery Leader (SAP S/4HANA)

Location: Beerse, Belgium; Cork, Ireland; Titusville, New Jersey, United States; or Zug, Switzerland. Hybrid work model with a minimum of three days per week on-site and remote work for the remaining days. Up to 25–50% domestic and international travel may be required.

Salary: $178,000–$307,050 per year

What you will do

• Provide business leadership for a multi-year global SAP S/4HANA transformation program.
• Guide regional and local deployments in line with global standards, governance, and operating models.
• Own integrated deployment planning across markets and business units, including process design, scenario planning, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Coordinate testing, training, change management, and business readiness activities across deployment waves.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, decision escalation, and transparent program reporting.
• Align executive sponsors, process owners, technology teams, implementation partners, and operational stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree or MBA is preferred.
• At least 12 years of progressive leadership experience in Operations, Supply Chain, business transformation, or a related field.
• At least 5 years leading complex global programs and teams.
• Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale initiatives and enterprise SAP implementations using Agile methodologies.
• Strong capabilities in integrated planning, governance, risk management, execution, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Exceptional communication skills and experience engaging senior and executive-level stakeholders.

Nice to have

• PMP, APICS, Lean, Six Sigma, or Process Excellence certification.
• Experience building trusted partnerships across highly matrixed organizations.
