Healthcare Tech Senior Associate - Epic Willow

Location: Chicago, United States; travel may be required, with some services provided remotely. Current permanent U.S. work authorization is required.

What you will do

• Partner with healthcare, technical, and project management consultants to support Epic system integration, data migration, and performance.
• Use Epic module expertise to optimize workflows and technology supporting hospital operations and financial outcomes.
• Provide guidance on Epic applications and recommend operational and technology improvements.
• Identify opportunities to enhance system efficiency and user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams on enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Active Epic Willow Ambulatory and/or Willow Inpatient certification with extensive knowledge of the products and solutions.
• At least 3 years of Epic experience providing consulting services in hospitals or healthcare systems.
• Ability to gather requirements, lead discussions, and translate operational needs into Epic solutions.
• Experience with system build, testing, and implementation cycles.
• Project management experience with Epic implementations.
• Current permanent U.S. work authorization and willingness to travel when necessary.

Nice to have

• Undergraduate degree such as BA or BS.
• PharmD or equivalent clinical pharmacy background.
• Additional Epic certifications, including ASAP, Clin Doc, Ambulatory, or Inpatient.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
