Network Administrator (Network Security): Designing, deploying, and maintaining WAN, LAN, WLAN, VPN, and network security systems across the organization with an accent on network infrastructure reliability, security monitoring, and performance optimization. Focus on troubleshooting routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems, deploying firmware and security updates, and coordinating infrastructure improvements.
Location: Gratz and Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite role with travel for vendor meetings and off-site deployments.

What you will do
- Design, configure, deploy, administer, and optimize WAN, LAN, WLAN, VPN, and network security components.
- Troubleshoot routers, switches, wireless controllers, access points, firewalls, email filters, web filters, and related network devices.
- Deploy and maintain wireless authentication, intrusion detection, antivirus, email filtering, and internet security systems.
- Monitor and test network performance, produce reports, and ensure devices meet security, licensing, and configuration standards.
- Deploy firmware, signatures, IOS versions, vendor patches, and newly integrated network hardware.
- Coordinate with systems, database, business application, and other teams on infrastructure projects, process improvements, training, and support.
Requirements
- Technical diploma or certificate in computer science and five years of direct IT experience.
- Strong knowledge of routers, switches, access points, firewalls, subnets, VLANs, routing, network topology, and network design.
- Working knowledge of VPN, web filtering tools, cloud-based solutions, Windows client and server operating systems, Microsoft 365, Office, SharePoint, and Active Directory.
- Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
- Ability to obtain an Aerial Work Platform certificate, lift up to 60 pounds, travel for deployments, and participate in after-hours on-call support.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, customer service, prioritization, and collaborative working skills.

- University degree or college diploma in computer science and three years of direct IT experience.
