Systems Administrator (Senior-Level)

Salary: USD 90,000–115,000 yearly

What you will do

• Administer and sustain physical and virtual Windows, Linux/UNIX, Active Directory, and enterprise server environments.
• Install, configure, patch, upgrade, monitor, and troubleshoot operating systems, applications, networks, and communications infrastructure.
• Manage accounts, permissions, privileged access, authentication services, and cybersecurity access controls.
• Provide Tier II/III support for users, workstations, peripherals, classified and unclassified systems, and mission-critical operations.
• Implement RMF security controls, conduct vulnerability assessments, support incident response, and maintain ATO compliance documentation.
• Execute backup, recovery, contingency, and disaster recovery procedures while supporting modernization, documentation, and automation.

Requirements

• Active DoD Top Secret Clearance required.
• IAT Level II certification or higher required, plus a second industry-recognized technical certification.
• 10+ years of experience administering enterprise IT systems, including Windows and/or Linux servers, virtualization, Active Directory, and networked infrastructure.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and VMware vSphere/ESXi.
• Knowledge of enterprise network management, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work in a non-remote role at Fort Huachuca, Arizona.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• DoD, Army, DISA, NETCOM, USAISEC, or federal government experience.
• Experience with videoconferencing, VoIP, audio/visual technologies, fiber optic cabling, or communications infrastructure.
• VCP, Microsoft, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, or equivalent certifications.
