Alternative Delivery Manager, Trenchless (Construction)

Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States; travel may exceed 50% depending on the assignment and project requirements.

What you will do

• Provide direction and management across all phases of alternative and collaborative delivery projects.
• Support business development, teaming, pursuits, and proposals.
• Manage active contracts and design activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead design-build, CMGC, and progressive design-build pursuits and project delivery.
• Develop win strategies, pricing, schedules, and project controls in collaboration with clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, general contractors, and subcontractors while making timely project decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, plus 5+ years of project or construction management experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Experience in tunnel engineering and construction.
• Experience and understanding of alternative delivery models, including design-build, CMGC, or progressive design-build.
• Experience in key project leadership roles and client management during pursuits and project delivery.
• Experience with win strategies, pricing, scheduling, technical writing, estimating, and project controls software.
• Valid driver’s license for the vehicles operated and an acceptable driving record.

Nice to have

• Professional Engineer (PE) and Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA) certification.
