Senior Project Manager (Energy Infrastructure)

Location: Dallas, TX, United States; full-time with frequent travel to project sites required.

What you will do

• Lead multiple projects from planning and procurement through field execution and closeout.
• Ensure profitable and timely project completion while meeting safety, quality, and budget expectations.
• Manage project teams, resources, hiring, training, and employee development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors through proactive communication and collaboration.
• Oversee complex pipeline, gas distribution, compressor and pump station, industrial facility, and utility infrastructure projects.

Requirements

• 10+ years of project management experience, preferably in pipeline, energy, or heavy civil construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project scheduling software.
• Strong leadership, team management, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently to project sites.
