Senior Project Manager - Michels Pipeline, Inc.

Location: Dallas, TX or Houston, TX; frequent travel to project sites required

What you will do

• Lead multiple pipeline projects through profitable and timely completion.
• Manage teams, resources, schedules, budgets, safety, and quality expectations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors through proactive communication and collaboration.
• Hire, train, and develop project employees.
• Support project profitability and client satisfaction while resolving delivery and operational challenges.

Requirements

• 10+ years of project management experience, preferably in pipeline, energy, or heavy civil construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project scheduling software.
• Strong leadership, team management, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently to project sites.
