What you will do
- Lead global procurement finance business-cycle routines covering long-term strategy, annual planning, monthly forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Define calendars, templates, assumptions governance, methodologies, standards, and ways of working across global and zone teams.
- Deliver executive-ready performance analysis, variance analysis, scenarios, sensitivities, and recommendations linked to savings, productivity, price/mix, compliance, working capital, and risks.
- Own analytics and reporting for procurement value delivery, including savings and productivity pipelines, realized results, net impact, timing, phasing, and delivery risks.
- Partner with Digital/Data, Finance Transformation, FP&A, Supply Chain Finance, Procurement, and Data/BI teams to automate data flows and improve data quality and controls.
- Build a roadmap covering tools, data models, reporting, governance, training, continuous improvement, and change management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; an MBA or Master’s degree is preferred.
- 10+ years of relevant finance experience, preferably in procurement finance, supply chain finance, FP&A, or transformation.
- Strong skills in financial modeling, scenario analysis, performance management, and translating data into decisions.
- Experience building standardized processes and routines across complex, global, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Strong executive communication skills and the ability to synthesize complex topics into clear, decision-oriented messages.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with practical ownership of deadlines and delivery under pressure.
Nice to have
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
