Internship: Procurement Finance (Finance)

Location: Hybrid in Oegstgeest, Netherlands, at the European Headquarters; minimum 2 days per week on-site and up to 3 days per week from home. Applicants must be enrolled at a Dutch university for the full 6-month internship.

Salary: €550 per month based on full-time hours, plus commuting allowance if applicable.

What you will do

• Support monthly procurement reporting and financial performance analysis.
• Contribute to implementing a standardized forecasting process.
• Support working capital initiatives related to supplier payment terms for Direct Procurement.
• Review vendor rebates and prepare accrual bookings for the Controlling team.
• Prepare ad hoc reporting, material cost analyses, and updates to performance-reporting models.
• Collaborate with FP&A and Global Procurement Finance during month-end close activities.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and PowerPoint or Google Slides.
• Fluent English is required.
• Current enrollment at a Dutch university for the entire internship is required.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, motivation, and creativity.
• Ability to complete tasks while maintaining quality and productivity standards.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of additional languages.
• Previous experience with complex data analysis.
