Intern Corporate Finance Mid-Market

Location: ACT (Amsterdam - Acanthus), Netherlands; hybrid workhirify.global combinhirify.global home and office work.

Internship allowance: €700 based on a 36-hour work week.

What you will do

• Support strategic pitches for customers and prospects.
• Contribute to information memoranda for sales transactions.
• Prepare longlists of potential buyers.
• Build company valuations ushirify.global Excel models and reporthirify.global.
• Support the team throughout the transaction process and prepare negotiations with potential buyers.

Requirements

• Current university master’s student in business economics, business administration, economics, or finance.
• Knowledge of valuation methods, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with a result-oriented approach and the ability to perform under time pressure.
• Affinity with mergers and acquisitions and interest in mid-market companies, director or majority shareholders, and family businesses.
• Excellent written and spoken Dutch and English.
• Durhirify.global the internship, enrollment at a Dutch university is mandatory, or at an EU university for EU passport holders.
