Finance Business Partner Pharma Operations & HR

Location: Sevenum, Netherlands; daily office commute supported through a travel allowance.

What you will do

• Own planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance management for Pharma Operations and Human Resources.
• Deliver monthly performance analyses, variance reports, management presentations, and group-level HR reporting.
• Analyze financial performance, operational KPIs, and cost drivers to identify opportunities and improve business impact.
• Partner with the Head of HR, Executive Director Pharma Operations, and their leadership teams on strategic decisions.
• Develop business cases, scenario models, and financial impact assessments for investments, transformation, and growth initiatives.
• Improve planning methodologies, forecasting accuracy, and FP&A processes through technology, automation, and AI-driven solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in FP&A, business controlling, or financial analysis.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, forecasting, performance management, business case development, and financial modelling.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power Query, Power Pivot, or similar analytical tools.
• Analytical, data-driven approach with the ability to turn complex financial data into actionable recommendations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for collaboration across functions and international teams.
