(Graduate) FP&A Analyst (m/f/d)

What you will do

• Support budgets, forecasts, long-term financial plans, and ad hoc financial analyses.
• Prepare monthly reports, performance analyses, management presentations, and KPI dashboards.
• Analyze actual results against budgets and forecasts, investigate variances, and identify business drivers.
• Support month-end closing by preparing reports and validating financial data.
• Collaborate with Accounting and Business Controlling to maintain data accuracy and consistency.
• Help automate and standardize FP&A processes and implement new reporting and digital finance tools.

Requirements

• Recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge.
• Interest in financial planning, business performance, data analytics, digital technologies, AI, and automation.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI, Power Query, or SQL.
• Skills in Python and AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT.
• German language skills.
