What you will do

• Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Prepare monthly financial analyses, performance reports, and management presentations.
• Perform variance analysis between actuals and budgets to identify key business drivers.
• Assist in the month-end closing process by validating financial data and ensuring reporting accuracy.
• Automate and standardize reporting and planning processes using modern finance tools.
• Apply AI-driven solutions to improve reporting efficiency and generate actionable insights.

Requirements

• Recent Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Controlling, Economics, or Data Analytics.
• Strong analytical mindset with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Query, and SQL.
• Fluent English proficiency (C1).

Nice to have

• Skills in Python.
• Experience with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT.
• Proficiency in German.
