Senior Product Manager (Analysis Ready Data)

Location: Hybrid; work from the San Francisco or Arlington office 3 days per week.

Salary: $142,800–$178,500 USD annual base salary for US locations.

hirify.global designs, builds, and operates a large constellation of imaging satellites and delivers satellite imagery and data through a cloud-based platform.

What you will do

• Support the development and go-to-market execution of Analysis Ready Data products, including Mosaics, Analysis Ready hirify.globalscope, and Fusion.
• Document product requirements, synthesize customer feedback, and support sprint planning and delivery tracking with engineering.
• Build and maintain product metric dashboards with the data team, including time-to-activation and retention metrics.
• Run early-access programs and work with pre-sales, sales, customer success, and customers to validate product-market fit and product-customer fit.
• Prototype customer-facing solutions using AI tools and help customers realize value from geospatial data products.
• Contribute to product strategy and foundational data products for AI-native solutions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product management, technical program management, or a closely related role.
• Comfort with software development concepts and workflows, including direct collaboration with engineering teams.
• Ability to make decisions aligned with the technical and strategic roadmap and organizational values.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building alignment across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to access applicable export-controlled information without additional export licensing, as required under EAR/ITAR regulations.

Nice to have

• Experience with monitoring-focused Earth observation products.
• Background in remote sensing science, image processing, or geospatial data analysis.
• Experience building and scaling core data or imagery products for multiple market segments.
• Experience working with technical customers and understanding imagery and remote sensing use cases.
