Product Manager - OEM

Location: Oakville, Ontario, Canada, or Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. Flexible hybrid working model with support for both in-person and virtual work.

Annual base salary: $104,400–$135,700 CAD.

What you will do

• Lead product development from conception through launch, including ongoing product enhancements.
• Conduct customer and partner discovery interviews to identify product gaps, pain points, and opportunities.
• Use research methodologies and customer insights to define solution opportunities and product initiatives.
• Develop product roadmaps, communicate product vision, and align stakeholders across Design, Engineering, Marketing, Support, and Product leadership.
• Translate customer needs into user stories and feature epics while balancing sales targets, technical debt, and long-term investments.
• Define product outcome reporting and feedback loops, using qualitative and quantitative data to measure success.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in product management, customer discovery, or a related field.
• Experience in a SaaS environment is highly valued.
• Bachelor’s degree or post-secondary diploma/degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with user engagement metrics, product KPIs, data-informed decision-making, and Agile planning practices.
• Strong written, verbal, listening, presentation, analytical, organizational, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to manage products from discovery to launch and adapt to changing technology and market demands.
