Associate Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Newnan, Georgia, United States. Full-time onsite role primarily based in a production or warehouse setting, with occasional office work, travel, and schedule flexibility. Current second-shift hours are 8:30am–5:00pm.

What you will do

• Supervise production personnel across manufacturing activities.
• Implement operational strategies covering safety, productivity, quality, customer service, staffing, costs, and profitability.
• Track machine and labor efficiency metrics and guide production associates toward scorecard objectives.
• Support capacity planning to meet internal and external delivery requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders on continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Provide guidance on staffing, training, employee relations, performance management, technical support, and order problem resolution.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of relevant supervisory experience.
• Experience managing a temporary workforce.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of manufacturing operations, process optimization, workplace safety, environmental requirements, and production technologies.
• Ability to work in a production or warehouse environment with frequent walking and standing; occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds is required.
