Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Fully onsite in Natchitoches, Louisiana, USA. Second shift: 4:20 PM–3:00 AM. Overtime may be required based on customer needs. Hybrid and remote work are not available.

hirify.global develops sustainable HVACR and cold-chain technologies. The Natchitoches facility manufactures one- to six-ton scroll compressors for commercial and residential air-conditioning systems and employs more than 600 people.

What you will do

• Supervise 20–30 assembly line workers and coordinate daily production activities, schedules, and targets.
• Monitor line efficiency, identify bottlenecks and disruptions, and improve productivity.
• Train, mentor, and develop employees on procedures, safety protocols, best practices, and quality standards.
• Enforce safety requirements and promote a safe, collaborative, and engaged work environment.
• Work with maintenance, engineering, and quality teams to resolve production challenges and optimize processes using Lean Daily Management.
• Lead shift meetings and maintain accurate production and downtime records for end-of-shift reporting.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree plus two years of relevant manufacturing experience, or more than five years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing production demands.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Two to five years of experience in manufacturing with similar responsibilities.
• Leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with KRONOS timekeeping.
