Digital Consulting Manager/Senior Manager - Oracle EPM Planning

Location: Flexible living locations in the United States; Chicago office location listed. Remote role with up to 50% travel to clients or internal project teams.

Base salary: $145,000–$190,000 per year. Total estimated compensation including annual incentive: $166,750–$237,500 per year.

What you will do

• Lead client-facing engagements across the pursuit, implementation, and delivery phases.
• Manage projects and engagements while coordinating internal project teams and client stakeholders.
• Deliver Oracle EPM Planning and ePBCS implementation projects from end to end.
• Analyze data and develop recommendations that create measurable client value.
• Contribute to practice development and identify opportunities based on client challenges.
• Mentor and develop consultants through coaching and leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 6–10 years of experience with Oracle EPM Cloud implementations in a consulting role.
• 2–4 years of experience as a functional lead or technical specialist.
• Experience delivering multiple end-to-end Oracle EPM Planning (ePBCS) implementations.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop others through effective leadership.
• Must be able to live in the United States and travel up to 50% as needed.
