Service Supervisor - Stationary Power

Location: Field Office - Covington, GA, United States; rotational schedule with long or occasionally irregular hours and on-call availability during assigned rotations.

What you will do

• Supervise onsite jobs, crews, daily assignments, job setup, routes, communications, and special operating conditions.
• Represent hirify.global in customer interactions before, during, and after service delivery.
• Train employees, monitor performance, provide personnel recommendations, and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Conduct safety meetings, oversee environmental and safety requirements, and assist with incident response and investigations.
• Inspect completed work, prepare reports and schedules, and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and use hand and power tools to repair mechanical and electrical equipment as needed.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of leadership experience in a related field and 3–5+ years of related experience, preferably in oil and gas or service rental.
• Electrical or mechanical experience, mechanical aptitude, and a high school diploma, skilled labor certificate, or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to safely operate a company vehicle.
• Ability to complete Flash Arc Training, Basic Electrical Safety Training, and other required training.
• Ability to work outdoors in extreme temperatures, wind, precipitation, and at heights; stand for extended periods and lift 50 pounds up to 10 times per shift.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, computer literacy, and ability to coordinate with Engineering, Operations, HSE, vendors, and customers.
