A&B Lineman (Power Delivery Construction)

Location: Conroe, Texas and Cleveland, Texas, United States; field-based work with extended hours during outages and storm events.

What you will do

• Install, maintain, and repair overhead distribution lines and equipment, including poles, crossarms, insulators, switches, transformers, and conductors.
• Respond to outages, emergency calls, and storm restoration assignments.
• Inspect systems and identify safety and reliability issues.
• Operate bucket trucks, digger derricks, line trucks, company vehicles, and related equipment safely.
• Participate in job briefings, tailboard meetings, and hazard assessments while coordinating with crew members, supervisors, and dispatch.
• Complete work orders, material logs, and time sheets accurately.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Valid CDL Class A or B license.
• Ability to climb poles, work at heights, lift heavy equipment, and perform physically demanding field work.
• Familiarity with construction site operations and safety standards.
• Ability to work extended hours during outages and storm events.
• High-voltage and low-voltage electrical systems experience is preferred.
