Shift Manager (Power Generation)

Location: Onsite in Medway, Massachusetts, United States

Salary: $129,600–$144,000 per year, depending on experience, plus bonus and benefits.

hirify.global is a large clean-energy producer operating nuclear, natural gas, geothermal, hydro, wind, and solar generation facilities.

What you will do

• Supervise operations technicians during assigned shifts and oversee the safe, continuous, efficient operation of power plant equipment.
• Lead maintenance, technical troubleshooting, replacement, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental requirements and operational standards.
• Coach team members, provide direction, facilitate decision-making, and resolve operational conflicts.
• Manage Operations and Maintenance costs and administer Asset Suite 9 and the Work Management Process.
• Provide on-call support for changing plant conditions, callouts, department coverage, and outage activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical discipline with 5 years of related experience, or an associate degree with 7 years, or a high school diploma/GED with 9 years.
• Experience in maintenance and work management.
• Technical experience with power generation equipment auxiliaries.
• Experience with Asset Suite 9 (AS9).
• Ability to maintain applicable access requirements and pass required medical examinations or testing.
