HR Leader Leeds / Blackpool (MedTech)

Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire, United Kingdom; fully onsite at the Leeds site. The role may require travel to the Blackpool site up to 20%.

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders as a strategic people advisor across the Leeds and Blackpool sites and other UK supply chain groups.
• Deploy global and sector HR strategies to support business performance and growth.
• Design and implement talent strategies that build pipelines for current and future business needs.
• Drive employee engagement through organizational development interventions, coaching, and business partnership.
• Develop and implement change management strategies and detailed change plans.
• Collaborate with the One HR Team to create integrated HR strategies for client organizations.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 5 years of progressive HR or related experience in manufacturing or retail.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience with employee relations or labor relations.
• Experience supporting multiple business functions and working in large, complex organizations.
• Strong relationship management, coaching, collaboration, influencing, negotiation, facilitation, and consulting skills.
• Experience developing and implementing change management plans, projects, and business support initiatives.

Nice to have

• Experience in both manufacturing and retail environments.
• Experience with talent management, employee retention, process improvement, and organizational change.
