What you will do

• Partner directly with the CEO as a strategic thought partner, operator, and executor.
• Design and implement governance structures and processes that improve organizational efficiency and decision-making speed.
• Own and drive the three-year strategic roadmap to grow annual revenue from $700 million to more than $1 billion.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Finance, Operations, Marketing, HR, and other functional leaders.
• Prepare Board materials, presentations, executive updates, and follow-up actions while managing time-sensitive CEO requests.
• Support M&A from target identification and due diligence through deal structuring, integration planning, and post-merger value realization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or an advanced degree strongly preferred.
• 8–12+ years of progressive experience in high-growth operating roles.
• Specific experience in power delivery construction and engineering.
• Demonstrated success supporting or leading strategic growth initiatives with measurable revenue impact.
• Exceptional analytical, project management, problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to influence C-suite and Board stakeholders with discretion, emotional intelligence, and executive presence.
