Chief of Staff to the CEO (Reverse Logistics)

Location: On-site at the Miami headquarters in Aventura, Florida; regular travel across North America and to client sites is required. Relocation support is available for the right candidate.

hirify.global operates ReturnPro, a reverse-logistics business combining SaaS, transportation, facilities, refurbishment, and recommerce channels to recover value from returned merchandise.

What you will do

• Represent the CEO in cross-functional meetings, capture decisions, and drive follow-through across the leadership team.
• Prepare executive communications, briefings, presentations, meeting context, objectives, and pre-reads.
• Build systems that provide real-time visibility into organizational progress, risks, bottlenecks, and priorities.
• Run weekly leadership meetings, quarterly business reviews, and board preparation.
• Own strategic projects across operations, technology, finance, and growth, including analyses, models, and decision frameworks.
• Support client, vendor, and partner engagements, M&A diligence, investor communications, strategic planning, and executive calendar management.

Requirements

• MBA from a rigorous program or comparable analytical training.
• Clear written and verbal communication, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to adapt to different audiences.
• Relentless follow-through, discretion, comfort with ambiguity, resilience to direct feedback, and the ability to operate with high confidentiality.
• Curiosity about AI, retail, capital markets, and the industries served by customers.
• Ability to work at the CEO’s pace, remain reachable when needed, and travel on short notice.
• Ability to work on-site at the Miami headquarters and travel regularly across North America.

Nice to have

• Understanding of supply chain and reverse logistics.
• SaaS or technology background, including familiarity with software products, marketplaces, recommerce, and engineering.
• Strong Excel skills, dashboard literacy, and the ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Daily practical use of AI and informed opinions about its applications and limitations.
