Location: On-site in Lynnwood, Washington, United States; travel to suppliers required, up to 40%.
Salary: Level II $94,500–$112,700 per year; Level III $127,600–$149,100 per year.

What you will do
- Establish annual supplier quality objectives with supply chain and leadership teams.
- Develop and maintain supplier scorecards covering quality, delivery, and performance metrics.
- Lead quarterly supplier business reviews, monitor corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement.
- Address supplier quality issues with site quality teams, including root cause analysis and corrective action management.
- Assess supplier quality systems and process-control capabilities and implement improvement plans.
- Train suppliers, develop quality control plans, and perform first-article and first-batch audit inspections.
Requirements
- 2–8 years of related experience in a regulated environment; experience with FAA CFR 14 Part 21 or Part 145 is preferred.
- Knowledge of supplier qualification, supplier performance metrics, manufacturing technologies, FMEA, GR&R, control plans, capability studies, and variation reduction.
- Experience with precision technical drawings and models, lean concepts, value-stream mapping, Kaizen, and 5S.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and collaboration skills.
- BA or BS degree in a technical discipline.
- Only US Persons may be considered for duties requiring access to Controlled Data or Information under ITAR; the FAA-sensitive position may require a government security investigation.
Nice to have
- ASQC certification and knowledge of SPC.
- Lean/Six Sigma certification at Green Belt or Black Belt level.
