IT Project Manager (f/m/d) – Mergers & Acquisitions

What you will do

• Manage IT M&A projects end to end, from due diligence and Day 1 readiness through post-merger integration.
• Assess IT landscapes, identify risks and opportunities, and develop integration strategies and roadmaps.
• Drive the integration of infrastructures, networks, systems, and applications.
• Build and lead project teams on a project basis and ensure successful delivery.
• Maintain IT governance, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance throughout project phases.
• Coordinate business functions, external partners, and senior management while developing IT M&A standards and best practices.

Requirements

• Solid experience in IT project management, particularly in M&A, due diligence, or transformation environments.
• Foundational knowledge of IT infrastructure; experience with frontend, backend, and modern workplace services is beneficial.
• Knowledge of enterprise applications and integration concepts is advantageous.
• Strong prioritization, communication, stakeholder management, and delivery skills.
• Strong German at C1 level and fluent English at B2 level are required.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10%; a degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or a comparable field is preferred.
