Manager - Project Management (Medical Devices)

What you will do

• Manage the performance and completion of moderate to complex projects in administrative functions, including continuous improvement initiatives.
• Implement continuous improvement and operational excellence methods across the Asia Pacific region.
• Organize project teams, assign responsibilities, define schedules, and determine required resources.
• Track project cost, timing, staffing, risks, and deviations from initiation through delivery.
• Provide stewardship to cross-functional project teams and identify proactive measures to improve project outcomes.
• Deliver project management training when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably in manufacturing or regulated industries.
• End-to-end experience managing cross-functional, multi-site projects with senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with schedule, cost, risk, financial, and stakeholder management.
• Experience in global or matrix organizations with indirect reporting lines and complex operational environments.
• Familiarity with PMO tools, portfolio reporting, governance frameworks, manufacturing transfers, NPI, or productivity and cost-improvement programs.

Nice to have

• Project management certification or training such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile PM, or Lean.
• Experience with regulated environments, including ISO 13485, MDR, or FDA fundamentals.
• Exposure to medical devices or other regulated manufacturing environments.
