What you will do

• Drive business priorities, cross-functional initiatives, process improvements, and operational topics for the Project Management Commerce function.
• Lead projects from planning through implementation, coordinating ownership, stakeholders, milestones, and execution.
• Translate strategic and business requirements into action plans, priorities, and deliverables.
• Build transparency through KPIs, risk tracking, management reporting, presentations, and decision-making materials.
• Develop and implement standardized business processes and project management workflows.
• Support the Senior Director Project Management Commerce with strategic priorities and selected operational initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Economics, or a comparable field.
• Experience in Business Management, Project Management, Consulting, Commerce, or a similar environment.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen, analytical and conceptual thinking, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with KPIs and business data.
• Fluent German and English, written and spoken.
