AV Project Manager (AV Media Technology)

Location: Berlin, Germany; relocation to Germany required

Salary: €60,000–€65,000 per year

What you will do

• Act as the primary contact for audiovisual and media technology matters.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute high-quality events.
• Prepare quotes, manage service providers, and coordinate materials and logistics.
• Plan and achieve revenue targets for one or more hotels.
• Coordinate staff scheduling with regional management and ensure quality standards are met.

Requirements

• Training in event technology, event management, electrical engineering, or a related field or degree program.
• Several years of events-industry experience focused on AV media technology.
• Sales-oriented mindset, strong customer service focus, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and professional appearance.
• Very good spoken and written English and good spoken and written German required.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CAD skills, and a valid driver’s license.
