What you will do

• Own the proposal-writing process and lead the preparation of client proposals.
• Collaborate with business development, subject matter experts, project management, and executive stakeholders.
• Organize market intelligence to support business development activities.
• Translate market needs into marketing materials, messaging, and presentation content.
• Maintain corporate slide presentations and prepare electronic and print marketing collateral.
• Support website content development, sales opportunity identification, and interactions with potential customers.

Requirements

• Strong technical knowledge of viral vectors and the ability to communicate complex development and manufacturing topics.
• Proven experience writing complex, high-quality proposals in a technical or biopharmaceutical environment.
• More than five years of business development experience or at least 10 years working closely with business development teams.
• Self-directed working style, strong motivation, dependable follow-through, and the ability to work with limited oversight.
• Established network within the gene therapy developer community and marketing experience supporting positioning, messaging, and proposal development.
• Experience collaborating with European-based teams in a cross-functional environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the cell and gene therapy market, including trends, key players, and customer needs.
• Experience in project management or close collaboration with project management teams.
